This is a no obligation coaching conversation. A chance for you to enjoy a deep dive into what you want to achieve in your health, and a chance to talk through your challenges and what is stopping you achieving this.
By the end of this conversation we will know if working together is the next best step for you.
Moving forward, how can I help you?
I don’t like to work by a time frame. Some people like to commit to a program, others prefer to take it week by week (or even month by month). As a general guide most people need between 4 and 12 sessions depending on their personal circumstances,
I also don’t like to to work by the clock I prefer to let the session run its natural course. On average a single session can range from 45 minutes to 90 minutes and, the goal, is for you to leave every session with the next best steps for you, so you are always moving forward.
Finally I encourage all my clients to contact me via text or e-mail in between sessions, so they feel continually supported throughout their journey with me.
A single coaching session is £90 (alternatively block bookings are available at a discount, please contact me for more information). The sessions can be conducted face to face, over the telephone or on-line via zoom.
